Shipping policy
We standby our mission of quality THCa shipped fast and offer only express shipping options. This reduces delivery problems and ensure your order will rapidly travel towards you overnight.
All orders are shipped via UPS's Next Day Air Delivery service meaning the day after your order is picked up you can expect delivery by 12pm.
Fulfillment & Delivery Time
By offering overnight delivery we must have adequate time to prepare your order and hand it off to the carrier.
Orders placed by 4pm EST will go out same day (M-F), orders placed afterwards may not make it out in time and would be shipped the following day for delivery the business day after. Orders are delivered only Monday through Friday. There are no pickups or deliveries on the weekend.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, will be fulfilled and shipped the Monday after.

Exclusions
UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes. You must ensure you provide a standard delivery address. Furthermore some rural area locations do not offer UPS Next Day Air service. To check if your address is affected please visit the UPS website at this link, with ship from fields, Las Vegas, 89103.
Signature Requirement
All packages are shipped with an adult signature requirement. Please ensure you are present to receive your package during delivery. We recommend keeping an eye on our tracking information and changing your delivery from the UPS tracking page if changes are needed.
I have a delivery issue!
We are not able to influence delivery once the package has been handed over to UPS. In the event of delivery complications it's best to reach out directly to UPS and work with them to resolve it as fast as possible. Click for UPS Support
How is my order packaged?
All orders are shipped discreetly in standard brown boxes or UPS packaging. All products are heat sealed to ensure no scent comes from the package.
My package is lost. What now?
In the event of a lost package where UPS does not report it delivered we can reship your order or refund you upon request. Please note that sometimes orders are simply temporarily lost, before further action can be taken we must wait 1 week since the last tracking update to see if it turns up.
