Refund policy

Refunds are submitted to the original method of payment only after we receive the unopened product back and have time to inspect it. Therefore we highly recommend using tracked shipping when returning anything. Once a refund has been submitted it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to post depending on the customer's bank.

We do not offer free return shipping. Returns are sent back at the customer's expense.
